There is a rogue group of copyright infringers who have stolen a much earlier version of my data - from at least 10 years ago - and have the affrontery to publish that, along with using my name, on their poorly researched website. They claim this is the 'original' Kracker Archive, a ridiculous claim since my Archive has been in a state of continuous development for over 30 years and nobody - NOBODY - has the original. They have no right to use my name or my data and readers who come across this nonsense should do nothing to encourage theft of this nature. I am outraged by this blatant theft and misrepresentation of my lifetime's work. Shot down 3 September, 1944 along with Emil Lang and Alfred Gross. A promising Nachwuchs, and Lang's wingman, he made a forced landing at another Belgian field and caught a ride to Düsseldorf. Gross bailed out, badly wounded, but never returned to JG-26. Lang was killed in an inverted dive, hitting the ground and exploding ia a fireball, The victors were P-51s of 55th FG, 338th FS. One known early victory, a Spitfire at Fauville-en-Caux on 17 August, 1944. Another, a P-51 at Beauvais-Tille on 18 August, 1944. A P-47, later the same day, at Clermont. His 4th, a P-51 at Dinxperlo on 17 September, 1944 (Perry Claims). His 6th victory, a P-47 of 36FG, 22FS at Gey, SW of Düren, on 6 November, 1944, just minutes before his death.

One of many multiple victories, five on 7 August, 1942; all Il-2s in the Klirchevski/Plosowitoje/Isoleniyj areas. An ER-2 and two Il-2s in the Stalingrad area on 23 August, 1942. Four Il-2s and a Yak-1 on 17 December, 1942. Two Il-2s on 31 December, 1942. A LaGG-3 and an Il-2 on 20 April, 1943. A LaGG-5 on 19 June, 1943. Five Soviet victories on 5 July, 1943. Alternate spelling: Brandstätter (Chorley). Author Chorley identified him as Adolf, whereas the OKL reported his name as Eugen.
