There is a rogue group of copyright infringers who have stolen a much earlier version of my data - from at least 10 years ago - and have the affrontery to publish that, along with using my name, on their poorly researched website. They claim this is the 'original' Kracker Archive, a ridiculous claim since my Archive has been in a state of continuous development for over 30 years and nobody - NOBODY - has the original. They have no right to use my name or my data and readers who come across this nonsense should do nothing to encourage theft of this nature. I am outraged by this blatant theft and misrepresentation of my lifetime's work. The ONLY person I have ever authorized to publish my data and use my name is Kelvin Youngs, who earned my trust and respect many years ago and is authorized by me to publish my work on whichever website he organizes, currently this being its present home at the highly respected Aircrew Remembered.

Night Fighter Operational Clasp		KilledInAction (KIA) 14 June, 1941 during a night intruder mission near Lincolnshire, when he was attacked by a Beaufighter of RAF No. 25 Sq., piloted by P/O D.W. Thompson and P/O L.D. Britain. The AC was hit some 36 times by cannon fire and the starboard engine was set on fire. The AC crashed at Wingland Marsh, near Kings Lynn, Norfolk, before the crew had time to bail. Remaining crew (KilledInAction (KIA)): Uffz Jakob Ried, R/O and Uffz Heinz (Hans) Schulz (geb 10/23/1915), Gunner. Alternate spelling: Baehner. Added: Uffz Ried buried Great Bircham (St Mary) Churchyard, War Graves Plot 2, Row 2, Gr 6. Uffz Schulz buried Sutton Bridge (St Matthew) Churchyard, Sec Q, Gr 40. Remaining crew (disp unk): Ogefr Kautz, Uffz Schulz and Uffz Wilhelm (M.Balss). One known victory, a "4 mot" on 13 August, 1944, no location given. Added: The ac crashed at Obermehnen, Dist Minden-Lübbecke. The cause of the crash was bad weather. Remaining crew (all KIC; buried "Unter den Linden",Gütersloh): Ogefr Siegfried Kautz, R/O (geb 17/07/24 Dresden, Gr 73); Uffz Waldemar Schultz, Mech 1 (geb 20/03/20 Hamburg, Gr 71) and Uffz Wilhelm Rudolf, Mech 2 (geb 17/11/22 Greifenberg, Gr 72). Injured 5 August, 1943 when he overturned on landing at Camigliatello (Feldflugplatz 170) due to a servicing fault. While in JG-5, in Wk# 3355, he was sd by Russian fighters over Rutshi, bailed safely but injured his feet (Flyvrak Norway). One known victory, his 4th, in Sicily, a P-38F at Map Quadrant 28114 on 20 June, 1943. His 5th, a Spitfire over Italy on 7 April, 1944.

His 3rd, a Spitfire SE of London on 15 September, 1940. 4 victories per the JG-53 Chronicles by Jochen Prein. Alternate spelling: Gehsla.

Bomber Operational Clasp in Gold (10/03/43 CK)		KIC 25 March, 1943 when chased by a Beaufighter of RAF No. 219 Sq., this AC struck the hillside at Linhope Rigg after circling Powburn with engines running rough. An examination of the wreckage indicated the AC was flying somewhat level when it hit the ground. There was no fire. Remaining crew (all KIC): Obsv Uffz Walter Schulz (born on 18/05/1921 in Perleberg or Strigleben/both Prignitz (CK); Radop OFw Karl Kleih, (EP (08/05/43 postm), Spanish Cross, EK 1+2, Spanisch Campaign Medal with Swords (born 08/02/1916 in Dettingen/Ems (CK); and Gunr Gefr Werner Fiedler (born 08/08/1922 in Hamburg/Altona, CK). All the crew were killed in the crash and were later buried at Chevington Cemetery, near Broomhill, Northumberland. Crashed his Wk# 7076 at Montdesir 30 August, 1940 during landing due to undercarriage failure, crew OK (Ju 88 Loss List). Added: Burials at Chevington, Sec H: Ofw Lang, Gr 18; Uffz Schulz, Gr 62; OFw Kleih, Gr 27 and Gefr Fiedler, Gr 63 (D.Drury).

His 12th, a Hurricane at Portland on 13 August, 1940. No 13, a Hurricane at Salisbury on 15 August, 1940. A 14th, a Spitfire over England on 18 August, 1940. A 15th, a Spitfire over the Isle of Wight on 24 August, 1940. His 20th a Hurricane near London on 9 September, 1940. 6 victories in Spain making him one of the most successful in Spain. Exact number of victories in the West is unknown, but at least 30. Another source states his given name as "Karl Heinz". Another source states victories at 46.

A 6th, a Wellington 70 km northeast of great Yarmouth on 8 August, 1941. A 7th, a Wellington south of Biervliet on 10 September, 1942. His 8th, a Wellington 2 km west of Egmond on 17 September, 1942. Gen. Castle, who was killed in the skirmish. Schulz crashed in the Lüttich area. One account says Schulz was killed on the 24th of Dec. One known victory, his 1st, a P-38 over southern Italy, 2 September, 1943. His 2nd, a P-38 over Volturno Estuary, 6 September, 1943. His 3rd, a B-17 (HSS) 5 km NE of Hamm on 23 March, 1944. His 4th, a B-17 S of Gardelegen on 11 April, 1944. His 5th, a B-17 (HSS) near Aschaffenburg on 13 April, 1944. His 6th, a B-17 in the Nauen area, W of Berlin, on 18 April, 1944. Buried Rheinbach, Grave 224 (Rosseels). According to Prien he was KIA on 24/12/44

He made a force landing near Harringe Court, Sellindge and attemped to flee. He was shot by Tank Corps members, and severely wounded in the left lung. He DOW in captivity, 26 September, 1941.
