Like so many pilots towards the end of the war, he reported in an interview that he served in the Infantry. This could be Uffz Mayer of 4/JG-54 in May, 1944 or Uffz Meier of 1/JG-54, however inconclusive. I found no victories on the OKL Claims List.

The AC was so badly damaged, it was dismantled and brought to Malmö where most of it was sold for scrap. The other two pilots were; Fw Ernst Schilling and Ogefr Wilhelm Claes.
