Search help:

You are using an image that belongs to me

Solution

We undertake to only use images belonging to others with the explicit permission of the owner.

An example is the brilliant image which used to be on the front of the Kracker Archive, for which the artist personally gave us permission to use.

However, we get offered images from many sources and it is not always possible to discover the rightful owner. In these cases, after doing what we can to locate the owner, we will use the image on the basis the owner is unknown to us but the image itself has value to our readers.

In ALL cases, if we are contacted by the rightful owner and he or she decides the image can't continue to be shown, we will remove it immediately.

If you find one of your images on our site, please contact us immediately and we will deal with the matter in a professional manner.
